These terms govern your use of snapnedit's website, tools, editor, and API (together, the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
You may use snapnedit to process photos you own or have the right to edit. You're responsible for the content you upload — don't upload photos you don't have rights to, or content that's illegal, infringing, or violates someone else's rights.
Accounts and API keys
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Treat an API key like a password — anyone with it can make requests (and consume credits) on your account. Revoke a key immediately if you believe it's been exposed.
Credits and billing
Some operations consume credits, purchased or granted to your account as described on the dashboard at the time of purchase or signup. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law, though a failed job that never produced a usable result is automatically refunded to your balance.
Output ownership
You own the results you generate through snapnedit, subject to the rights you already had in the photo you uploaded — running a tool doesn't give you rights you didn't already have, and it doesn't give us rights to your output beyond what's needed to provide the service to you.
Availability
The service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and AI-generated results (background cutouts, upscaling, colorization, etc.) are provided without a guarantee of any particular quality or accuracy for your specific use case.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
