How the watermark remover actually works
Snapnedit is a brush-driven watermark remover, not a one-click auto-detector. You paint a mask over the watermark, logo, or text stamp, and the AI reads the pixels immediately around your mask, works out what the covered area should look like, and inpaints new pixels to match. Because you draw the mask yourself, you control exactly what gets erased and what stays untouched — handy when a mark sits close to a face, a product edge, or text you want to keep. When it works best (and when to touch up)
Inpainting shines when the background behind the watermark is reasonably even: skies, walls, blurred backdrops, water, grass, or a smooth product surface. In those cases the fill is usually invisible. Marks stretched across busy, high-detail areas — patterned fabric, dense foliage, faces, or fine text — are genuinely harder, and a heavily textured spot may leave a faint trace. The fix is to brush a little wider than the mark so the AI has clean reference pixels, run it, and if anything lingers, re-brush the leftover patch or clean it up with the editor's touch-up tools before exporting.

What if a faint trace is left behind?
